He is the founder of EFOP NGO-NPO for the Unified Interdisciplinary Quality, having also acted as Consultant and Project Manager for over 25 Large Scale Projects.

He is a member of TILOS Horizon 2020, acting also as Chairman of the Regulation Working Group, under the BRIDGE European Commission Initiative.

Moreover, he is a member of the Management Team of the training programme on the Energy Performance of Buildings.
